My main aim is to help you care for yourself and for others. My work is based on harmony, trust and respect. Because you and your family are totally unique, you need someone who can understand your individual circumstance and adapt to where you're at and your needs.
I understand what is at stake for you as a family and a business and I treat you with the utmost respect, care and confidentially.
I'm a trained and experienced psychotherapist (AcredBACP) with experience working with individuals, couples and families of all ages. I'm also a trained and experienced business coach (AC) and have nearly ten years experience of taking care of my own business and a few decades of experience trying to navigate my own family and relationships. It's always a work in progress.
